If you already have a degree (associate's degree or higher) from an accredited college/university, you are eligible to pursue the 1 year (three semester) post-degree certificate in Massage Therapy. Students will be eligible to apply for State Medical Board of Ohio licensure after graduating, passing the MBLEx exam and meeting all other medical board requirements. Graduates are eligible to sit for the National Certification Board of Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork exam used by some other states. Note: Many states also use the MBLEx exam.
Returning students please note: You must complete a new application. If it has been more than one year since you withdrew from the program you will be required to take all massage therapy classes, including those you took previously.
Graduates can pursue the Advanced Massage Therapy Short-Term Certificate.
